Lampshade Courses

Come along and join a small group to learn how to make your own lampshade.

The course will start at 1.30pm and we should be finished 4.15/4.30pm.  

What you will be doing on the course: 

You will spend time learning how to make a standard drum shape or tapered drum shape lampshade.  Just bring along your own fabric and we will supply the other materials needed and the guidance to help you make your own creation - plus tea and cake!

Please bring a piece of your own material (approx half metre long x 1m wide piece). We will bring a small selection of our fabric offcuts which you can purchase also to make your lampshade if you wish. We will supply all other materials for you to make your creation (plus some tea and cake!).   

Venue:

The course will be held at Chapmansford Farm House, Hurstbourne Priors, Whitchurch, Hampshire RG28 7RR.  

If you are travelling by car there is plenty of parking at the venue. If you are travelling by train, the easiest train station is Andover (approx 5.6 miles away) and would be about 10min taxi journey.
